Riel 'ree' Dion
B.A. (hons.), M.A. (dual), CCRMLare Engineer​

President & CEO

After 20 years serving in the public and corporate sectors, Riel ree Dion left the civil service to found HCC Inc., a consulting and think tank firm dedicated to supporting associations and organizations in need of leadership, administrative support and logistics management. During his time in government, ree earned two degrees, a certificate in Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Leadership.

Riel also wore many hats in government, including important work on social responsibility issues in Road Safety and Driver Education; to consulting for the Aboriginal Education Directorate with the Province of Manitoba. Riel also led the Private Vocational Institutions and Manitoba Student Aid Designation Offices, developing important policies with regard to private education and financial student supports for Manitobans.

Known for his unique approach to problem-solving and communication, Riel’s key skills are bringing together groups and individuals and working toward a common goal. Ree earned his Master of Arts (dual) from the University of Winnipeg/Manitoba in 2007, and following his graduate studies, completed a certificate in Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Leadership from Mediation Services – Winnipeg.

Jackie Wild


Jackie Wild is a communications professional with nearly ten years of experience under her belt in the areas of digital marketing, web design, and graphic design. She serves as the owner and creative director of Delight Digital, offering a wide range of traditional communications and digital marketing services to corporate clients and the non-profit sector.

Michael Hudek


Mike is a highly motivated, organized and dedicated executive who is results-oriented and readily accepts new challenges. Serving as President of Polyvations Inc. and established as a senior leader in the manufacturing field for over 15 years, he has demonstrated strong leadership, management, product development skills and team building skills built on motivation, communication and mentoring skills.

Kerry M Swanson

Kerry is a leading-edge progressive thinking management professional who inspires others to higher excellence. He is a highly motivated and team oriented senior level executive with a successful background in a variety of business endeavours and possesses extensive experience in all phases of “Business Management”. Kerry is also well recognized for his exceptional ability to develop specialized business stratagems, training programs, operations/logistics processes, and sales methods. He has a proven track record to deliver and enhance any client’s bottom line while being customer service and results driven.
